Our Story

Mark is responsible for getting the job right before it starts.

He handles the initial site inspection, works through layout and design decisions, produces 3D visualisations, and builds the scope, specifications, and pricing. His role is to remove uncertainty early, so the construction phase runs without friction.

With more than 25 years of construction experience, including extensive expertise in pre-construction, estimating, compliance and project planning, Mark is detail-driven and direct. He asks the questions most people avoid, because unanswered questions become problems later.

Because Mark is a director, you're not dealing with a salesperson handing things off. You're dealing with someone who has full ownership of the scope and a vested interest in getting it right.

Outside of work, Mark is a single dad of two and understands the reality of balancing building projects with family life. He runs a local hiking group across Victoria and spends his downtime training, riding motorbikes, or camping. Prepared, steady, and comfortable making decisions. That's how he approaches projects as well.

James runs the site from contract to completion.

He manages scheduling, trades, materials, compliance, and sequencing to keep the project moving in line with the agreed program. He's also hands-on when needed, stepping in to solve issues before they slow the job down.

With more than 25 years in construction, James is methodical and uncompromising on standards. He's known for thinking problems through fully and choosing the correct solution, not the quickest one.

Clients feel that consistency on site. They know who's in charge, what's happening next, and that the job isn't drifting.

James is married to his wife Jess and has two daughters. Family matters to him, and that sense of responsibility carries through to how he treats clients' homes, timelines, and expectations. Outside of work, he plays golf and has represented Victoria in softball at state level. Disciplined environments suit him. So do well-run sites.

Katie keeps everything connected.

She works alongside Mark during pre-construction and stays involved through delivery, supporting James on site coordination and communication. Because she's involved from the beginning, she understands each project in full and keeps information flowing cleanly between stages.

Clients receive weekly updates from Katie and quick responses to general questions. There's no chasing, and no confusion about where things are at.

Outside of work, Katie is a mum of two, soon to be married, and competes in roller derby events around Australia. Organised, resilient, and calm under pressure, she's the constant point of continuity across every project.
