This guarantee exists to remove the five risks that stop people from committing to a builder. It's written around what we control, and it's enforced through our systems, not promises.
1. Budget Guarantee
- ✓Fixed-price contracts with fully defined scopes agreed before you sign
- ✓Existing conditions inspected properly, unknowns discussed upfront
- ✓Variations only occur when you request changes or genuine unforeseen conditions arise
- ✓All variations explained clearly, priced in writing, and approved by you first
- ✓If we carry out work without your written approval, you don't pay for it
